Gary does a fantastic job of preparing for and cleaning carpets. I have booked him to do a large number of carpets for me having seen the professional way in which he works and the results he achieves.

I rang Gary after I couldn't get in touch with my usual cleaner. I can honestly say my carpets are like new. Will totally be ringing Gary first next time.

The most professional carpet cleaner I have ever used. He has cleaned mine & my mums carpets annually for the last 3/4 years. We wouldn’t use any one else! Carpets look great each time. I contacted Gary last Tuesday with regards to a stain from a radiator, Gary was there the next morning to assess and sort out. Excellent service every time.

Amazing carpet cleaning service - this carpet was covered in soot and is now like new. The lovely Gary cleaned our carpet swiftly and efficiently, entertaining us as he went. He used environmentally-friendly chemicals that worked extremely well and dried quickly.

Absolutely over the moon with my carpets and sofas. I have three wild children and two cats and my carpets and sofa were beginning to look very gruby. I had a few stains that I had previously tried to remove and dark patches from the high traffic areas. The are now like new and they look amazing. So pleased with the result. I would highly recommend Gary and I will be booking again next year.

Contacted Bright and Kind yesterday morning, with a bad pet stain. I was responded to quickly and Bright and Kind arrived today (early am). I am extremely happy with the work completed, so much so I got 4 other rooms done today and have arranged for 2 more rooms to be done and upholstery cleaning too! This is the second time we have used Bright and Kind and have received excellent service on both occasions. Thank you to Bright and Kind (again)!.

Gary was prompt. Communicated well and did a fantastic job of removing red nail varnish out of my carpet. Would definitely recommend!

Gary came to clean two of my sofas; both were worn and 4 years old with no deep clean. One was used a lot more frequently than the other and had significant marks/signs of wear, particularly from our two cocker spaniels who sit on this sofa with us. It was very worn and marked and I was really surprised by how clean it came up thanks to Gary - the sofa was as good as new.

The other sofa we had cleaned was a very light colour and although it had not been used much, it had a couple of very noticeable stains from drinks being spilled on it. Again, the sofa looked as good as new. Gary was punctual, responsive, helpful and very honest about what he could do for us - he told us he wouldn’t be able to make them perfect, but we have to disagree.

Would definitely use Gary again and would recommend him to anyone. We are definitely going to book Gary again in future for any upholstery or carpet cleaning. Thanks again, Bright and Kind
